Tarangire National Park
Visit Tarangire National Park for its high population density of elephants and its sparse vegetation, strewn with baobab and acacia trees. You can easily spot herds of elephants scratching the dry river bed for underground streams along with the migratory wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, impala, gazelle, hartebeest and eland crowd. Lake Manyara National Park
Lake Manyara National Park is a protected area situated between Lake Manyara and the Great Rift Valley. The park has a large variety of habitats, including the shallow soda lake, the ground water forest, open grassland, acacia woodland and the rift wall, making it possible to support a huge wildlife in its small area. The most famous spectacle in the park is the tree-climbing lions while other animals found in the park include buffalo, elephants, leopards, baboons, impala, giraffes, zebra, wildebeest, ostrich and hippos.
