Day 1:
Airport Transfer in Yangon and Check-in to Hotel
Welcome to Yangon!(formerly known as Rangoon). Yangon is the largest city in Myanmar (formerly Burma). A mixture of British colonial architecture, modern high-rises and ornate Buddhist pagodas distinguishes its skyline. The popular PayaShwedagon, a massive, shimmering pagoda complex, attracts thousands of pilgrims every year. Other notable religious sites in the town include the pagodas Botataung and Sule, both housing Buddhist relics. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel by a private cab. Day 2:
Full-Day tour of Yangon
Today after breakfast go on a full-day tour to explore Yangon. Start your tour of with the most impressive sites and monuments in town. You can visit the Sule Pagoda situated right in the heart of downtown Yangon as well as the MahaBandula Park, famous for its rose gardens and spectacular views of the City Hall and other colonial buildings. The journey continues with a visit to the Chauktatgyi Pagoda, Kandawgyi Lake and the Shwedagon Pagoda before arriving in the Chinatown of Yangon-a busy commercial and cultural centre. The tour ends with a safe ride back to your hotel. (Overnight in Yangon)
Day 3:
Day Trip to Bago and Transfer to Bagan
Today after breakfast we will visit Bago capital of ancient Myanmar. Visit the Taukkyan War Cemetery and the Shwemawdaw Pagoda. As the day continues, visit the Shwethalyaung Buddha, a 55-meter reclining Buddha west of the city, as well as the Kyaik Pun Pagoda and the luxurious Kanbawzathadi Palace, which consists of 76 apartments and halls, and explore the royal history of the city. Later in the evening take an overnight train to Bagan. (Overnight train to Bagan)
Day 4:
Check-in to the hotel and Half-Day tour of Bagan
Welcome to Bagan, Check-in to the hotel and later on a take a half-day tour to explore the major sightseeings in Bagan. We will visit the former royal capital of Myanmar. Bagan is packed with interesting stories and fun facts that will satisfy any traveller's curiosity!Proceed to Shwezigon Pagoda, surrounded by smaller temples and shrines with a circular gold leaf-gilded stupa. You will then make your way to the four remaining temples in Bagan: Ananda Temple, considered a Mon architecture masterpiece, Dhammayangyi Temple, the largest temple in all of Bagan, Htilominlo Temple, with intricately carved outside stuccos and stunning inside walls, and Thatbyinnyu Temple, an asymmetrical, cross-shaped temple. Day 5:
Full-Day tour of Mount Popa and Salay and transfer to Mandalay
Today after breakfast we will go on a full-day tour to visit Mount Popa. Historic sights of Salay, a town about 15 km south of Bagan where we’ll discover the monastery of Youk Sone. Filled with beautiful wooden elements, this old wooden monastery is decorated with traditional Myanmar arts and crafts. A visit to the Man Pagoda will reveal portraits of Buddha and antiques adorned with lacquer, gold and silver; a real sight to behold. After having lunch at Popa Mountain Resort, your guide will take you up to Mount Popa, with 777 steps towards the temples of Nat (spirit). This peak is an extinct, 1,518 m above sea level volcano. Here you'll hear about the ancient Burmese animist spirits that were said to still exist inside. At night take an overnight train to Mandalay. (Overnight train to Mandalay)
Day 6:
Check-in to the Hotel. Dee Doke Waterfall and Mandalay City Sightseeing
Reach Mandalay and check-in to the hotel, and later on start a full-day tour of Dee Doke Waterfall and Mandalay. The waterfall crashes into one of the most beautiful natural pools in Burma and is one of the most spectacular spots in the world. Start with a hotel pick up early in the morning and head to waterfall Dee Doke. After refreshing yourself in its crystal-clear waters, head to your next stop — Shwenandaw Monastery, a historic Buddhist monastery and a stunning example of traditional wooden architecture from the 19th century. Continue the trip with a visit to Kuthodaw Pagoda including a golden pagoda and hundreds of shrines housing marble slabs and pavilions, and complete your sightseeing experience with a 240-meter Mandalay Hill before returning to the hotel. Take an overnight transfer to NayungShwe or fly the next day. (Overnight in Mandalay)

Arrive at NayungShwe
Arrive at NayungShwe and check-in the hotel and spend the day on your own.

Day8:
Inle Lake Day Tour
Go on a full-day tour of Inle Lake today. The waterfall crashes into one of the most beautiful natural pools in Burma and is one of the most spectacular spots in the world. Start with a hotel pick up early in the morning and take a private boat ride to Inle Lake. Head to your next stop at the PhaungDawOo Pagoda, the most highly revered monastery in the area, and marvel at the five ancient images of Buddha completely covered in gold leaf. You'll then make your way to Nga Phe Chaung Monastery that was built on stilts around 200 years ago. Your last stop is the floating gardens after which you head back to your hotel. Day 9:
Airport Transfer in NayungShwe
On the last day of your trip, you will be transferred to the airport by a private cab.
