You will be greeted by our representative at the Baku’s Heydar Aliyev International Airport and transferred to your hotel in your private cab. You can go on a self-guided walking tour of the Baku city with sprawling maze of neighbourhoods, monuments and museums.Baku, the capital and commercial hub of Azerbaijan is a low-lying city with coastline along the Caspian. Visit the Maiden Tower, the Palace of the Shirvanshahs and walk around the fortress walls. Other must-visit attractions in Baku include strolling along the Baku Boulevard, riding the funicular to Martyrs Alley and Eternal Flame for views of the city, and taking a Caspian Sea Cruise. Walk along Nizami Street for shopping and to see late 19th century architecture, photograph the Flame Towers during both the day and night, and marvel at the futurist Heydar Aliyev Centre.
Absheron Fire Temple & Burning Mountain
On this day of the trip we shall visit and admire the UNESCO-listed Zoroastrian Fire Temple of Ateshgah and therefore the Burning Mountain YanarDagh.Glimpse into the mysterious world of Absheron Peninsula. You may also visit the 18th century Ateshgyakh known for its fire-worshipping. Also visit the Zoroastrian temple known as YanarDagh mountain which is perpetually burning.
Gobustan and Absheron
On this day of the tour uncover and explore the Gobustan National park. Be familiar with the amazing mud volcanoes. Also visit the monuments of universal value in Absheron Peninsula including Fire Mountain and Fire Temple- the place of worship for Zoroastrians. Visit Ganja, Azerbaijan’s second largest city, which dates back 1,500 years. Different rulers controlled the region including Arabs, Persians, Turks and Russians. Each left their mark on the architecture and culture. Visit the Juma Mosque which has a beautiful large white dome. Also visit the Shah Abbas Caravanserai which was the hub of trading merchants travelling of the silk route. You will also get a chance to visit the famous Heydar AliyePark. It is the largest park in Caucasus park. You may take a stroll and explore the culture in Ganja and enjoy some of the delicious traditional cuisines from nearby restaurants.
On this day we will get an opportunity to visit the mesmerising Sheki. It has a beautiful landscape and it is anattractive village in itself. You will also visit the foremost famous sight in Sheki, the Sheki Khans Palace which features incredible craftsmanship and was built without employing a single nail.
On this day you will visit visit the Gabala village which is the place for rest and tourist. Due to its historical importance it has got various fascinating landmarks preserved. You may visit the famous old tower for defense purpose and the Imam baba mosque. In addition to this you may also visit the ancient Albanian church in BoyukAmili.
Your trip concludes today. You will be transferred to Baku Airport for your flight back home or to your next destination.
