Pere Lachaise is a major tourist attraction in Paris, renowned for its tombs of notable figures, and it is often hailed as the most-visited cemetery in the world. People with a taste of old and bold sculptures can come here anytime of the year and walk through this fascinating 44 hectare park with perhaps a million burials. Notable for being the first garden cemetery, it was the final resting place of JRD Tata and many other well known people including Jim Morrison and Oscar Wilde
Some other famous graves especially for their quirkiness are of Etienne Robertson & Victor Noir.
Self guided visit to Pere Lachaise
Champs-Élysées, one of the iconic Paris boulevards is also amongst the most prestigious streets of the world. It is 1.9 kilometres long and 70 metres wide, running between the Place de la Concorde in the east and the Place Charles de Gaulle in the west, where the Arc de Triomphe is located. It is known for its theatres, cafés and luxury shops, as the finish of the Tour de France cycling race, as well as for its annual Bastille Day military parade. The name is French for the Elysian Fields, the place for dead heroes in Greek mythology. It is commonly regarded as the "most beautiful avenue in the whole world".

Payment Terms (for land package):
- Rs 20,000/- to be paid towards confirmation of booking (token amount) (if there are more than 2 travellers, the amount will be Rs 10,000 per traveller)
- 30% of package amount to be paid within 3 days of confirmation or once international flights are booked, whichever is earlier
- 30% of package amount to be paid 65 days before trip departure date
- Remaining amount to be paid 35 days before trip departure date
- TCS@5% to be paid with the last installment. If you make the payment as a foreign remittance directly in foreign currency, TCS need not be paid
Payment Terms (for international flights and visa):
- Full amount to be paid at the time of flight booking and visa appointment
Please note that while the package is quoted in INR for ease, any significant increase in the exchange rate will change the cost of the trip in INR.
Cancellation terms (on land package):
- If travel is not possible due to covid restrictions (or any other situation because of which travel to your destination is made impossible) dates can be postponed without penalty or destination changed without penalty on a case to case basis (however, internal flights/train tickets may not be eligible for refund or may incur penalty as per airline and train company rules).
Following situations will attract cancellation charges as given below:
- Cancellation of the entire trip by the traveller, including due to visa refusal
- Rescheduling of the entire trip
- Withdrawal of one or more members from the trip leading to full or partial cancellation of bookings
Cancellation charges:
- 30% cancellation up to 30 days prior to departure
- 50% cancellation between 29 to 15 days prior to departure
- No refund if cancelled within 15 days of departure
Exception: the only exception to the cancellation policy is for visa refusal cases. Your cancellation charge will remain capped at 30% itself if you are not able to go ahead with your trip ONLY due to visa refusal by the embassy for which the letter of refusal by the embassy must be provided. FOR CANCELLATION OTHER THAN VISA REFUSAL USUAL CANCELLATION TERMS WILL APPLY.
