After reaching the airport you will be transferred to your hotel by a shared shuttle bus service. Next in the evening, you will be covering the Northern Lights Bus Tour from Reykjavik. You will experience one of the world’s great natural phenomena on a 4-hour evening bus tour of Iceland. Depart the bright lights of Reykjavik to search for the Northern Lights (Aurora Borealis). You will learn more about how and why the dancing lights occur and also get free entrance to the Aurora Museum.
Please note that you'll need to make your own way to the designated meeting point for this tour and from there a pickup will be available to start the tour.

Next day make your way to the meeting point of this trip on your own to begin this adventure. See the icebergs of the Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon Walk behind the cascades of Seljalandsfoss Waterfall (conditions permitting). Go to Iceland's southernmost village at Vik Marvel at the view of Eyjafjallajökull on a clear day. Choose to take a spectacular boat cruise on Jökulsárlón (from April to October when conditions allow)

    Cancellation Terms:

     

    Cancellation terms (on land package):

    •  If travel is not possible due to covid restrictions (or any other situation because of which travel to your destination is made impossible) dates can be postponed without penalty or destination changed without penalty on a case to case basis (however, internal flights/train tickets may not be eligible for refund or may incur penalty as per airline and train company rules). 

     

    Following situations will attract cancellation charges as given below:

    • Cancellation of the entire trip by the traveller, including due to visa refusal
    • Rescheduling of the entire trip
    • Withdrawal of one or more members from the trip leading to full or partial cancellation of bookings  

     

    Cancellation charges:

    • 30%  cancellation up to 30 days prior to departure
    • 50%  cancellation between 29 to 15 days prior to departure
    • No refund if cancelled within 15 days of departure

     

    Exception: the only exception to the cancellation policy is for visa refusal cases. Your cancellation charge will remain capped at 30% itself if you are not able to go ahead with your trip ONLY due to visa refusal by the embassy for which the letter of refusal by the embassy must be provided. FOR CANCELLATION OTHER THAN VISA REFUSAL USUAL CANCELLATION TERMS WILL APPLY.

    • Flight cancellation charges will be as per airline policy 

     

    Payment Terms (for international flights and visa):

    • Full amount to be paid at the time of flight booking and visa appointment

    Please note that while the package is quoted in INR for ease, any significant increase in the exchange rate will change the cost of the trip in INR.
